Workday expanded their New York headquarters after leasing their One Grand Central Place location, owned by Empire State Realty Trust, to their new 21,000 square foot office space at the Empire State Building.

In 2019, LinkedIn signed its eighth expansion lease with Empire State Realty Trust, which added on three and a half floors and 188,000 square feet to their office space. They have continued to enjoy the building’s premier amenities.
