Change up your work scenery in our tenant-only Empire Lounge. Whether you look to focus solo or collaborate in an active space, this 120+ person lounge is the perfect place to unwindi or socializie. Want to connect after work? Enjoy happy hour at the bar in the cocktail lounge.

Challenge your teammates and coworkers on our brand-new multi-sport court. Equipped with retractable hoops and a scoreboard, it's ideal for basketball, pickleball, and more. Please note that access to the multi-sport court & ESRTees requires a Club Level membership which includes access to the Fitness Club.

Play 18 holes inside the Empire State Building with two top-of-the-line golf simulators. Improve your skills and build relationships with colleagues or book a private session for exclusive access.

Stay fit and energized with state-of-the-art equipment and personalized training options available in one-on-one, tandem, or small group settings. The Fitness Club includes high-end treadmills, Peloton bikes, free wights, and open space for floorwork as well as customized personal training services. Members can also enjoy the luxurious locker rooms withnewly renovated showers, beauty stations, and fully stocked bathroom products. Please note, the Fitness Club is open Monday – Friday from 6:30 AM – 8 PM.

The All-Hands Space at the Empire Lounge is expertly designed to host gatherings of all sizes, from intimate meetings to large-scale presentations. This versatile area comes equipped with three sections of pull-out bleachers to ensure ample seating for your audience. With a podium and three large, drop-down screens, your presentations will be dynamic and engaging. Ideal for town hall meetings, company updates, or lectures, the space fosters collaboration and interaction to bring your team together efficiently.

Whether you seek a space to host a social gathering or important all-hands meeting, there is an array of options available for private company events. Private dining rooms are available on Club Level at STATE Grill and Bar for up to 80 guests with three versatile private rooms to accommodate multiple configurations. The Empire Lounge is also available for your next private event, which includes buyouts of the full space or a private reservation for the ESRTees golf simulators and multi-sport court.
