Yuri Choi is the Vice President, Design and Turnkey Services at Empire State Realty Trust. She is responsible for coordinating with the Leasing, Property Management, and Project Management teams to oversee tenant interactions, design execution, and lease negotiations. She also manages in-house and third-party design teams to develop and maintain design standards, marketing plans, and the ESRT Turnkey Services program.
Ms. Choi has more than 25 years of experience in the architecture and interior design industry. Before joining ESRT, she provided strategic leadership that drove growth, profitability, and sustainable success at The Mufson Partnership and NELSON Worldwide by setting business direction, overseeing operations, managing client relations, and coordinating with designers and external partners.
Her notable career accomplishments include successfully managing the design process of ESRT’s amenity spaces while leading a group of dedicated, inspired, and hardworking team members to contribute to the overall success of various projects.
Ms. Choi graduated from Pratt Institute with a master’s in interior design and is a LEED Accredited Professional.
