Shanae Ursini is an Vice President of Leasing for Empire State Realty Trust. Ms. Ursini oversees the leasing activity for a number of NYC Office properties, including the Empire State Building, 1333 Broadway, 1350 Broadway, 1359 Broadway and 501 7th Avenue. Her responsibilities include touring prospective tenants and brokers, negotiating leases, maintaining relationships with the brokerage community and existing tenants and assisting in the creation and implementation strategy of marketing materials to achieve 100% occupancy. Shanae joined ESRT in 2015 from Newmark Knight Frank.
Ms. Ursini’s career highlights include the repositioning of the Empire State Building in addition to her leasing achievements.
Shanae attended the College of Staten Island and received a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management and Finance.
