Richard Leite is the Vice President of Information Technology at Empire State Realty Trust. He supports daily IT operations for the Empire State Building Observatory, Leasing, Project Management, and Property Management for our entire commercial, residential, and retail portfolio.
Richard also manages technology resources, providing Helpdesk support and customer service across the organization while leading the Empire State Building Observatory Audio Visual and Exhibit team.
Beginning his career in 1989, Richard has worked in the confectionary, non-profit, manufacturing, retail, and healthcare industries.
Prior to joining ESRT, he held positions as a computer operator, programmer, IT tech, server and systems administrator, network administrator and senior network engineer, and IT technical manager and director.
Richard has standardized and developed network security and design, Helpdesk operations and workflows, IT policies and procedures. He also oversaw previous migrations to cloud technologies.
