Laura Palombo

Laura Palombo is a Portfolio Manager for Empire State Realty Trust. Ms. Palombo is responsible for overall operational and financial goals for all ESRT properties, totaling approximately three million square feet.
Ms. Palombo has extensive experience in both financial and real estate industries. Prior positions included managing a portfolio of Real Estate Assets valued at $2B+, consisting of office, industrial retail and multi-family properties located in various submarkets.
One of her career accomplishments was to execute a complete repositioning/redevelopment of a Class A office building, which resulted in increased occupancy from 5% to 94% and a value increase of 150%.
She earned a bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance from Rowan University and a master’s degree in Real Estate Development at New York University.
