Brian Kulcsar is the Vice President, Head of Network and Infrastructure at Empire State Realty Trust. Mr. Kulcsar oversees technology networking for the ESRT portfolio and system administrations. He joins the company after working in a wide variety of IT management roles for the past 10 years, serving the Real Estate sector in the past 6 years.
Mr. Kulcsar has worked in the Information Technology field since 1998, starting in the Education sector for K-12 and Higher Education. He then went on to working IT for legal boutique firms specializing in patent law, before shifting focus to Real Estate.
Mr. Kulcsar has worked in support of high-profile patent litigation involving some of the largest companies in the technology sector. He has assisted in mitigating a large-scale cyber security event and managed several IT system replacements, such as phone systems, firewall, switching and routing equipment, and computing devices.
