Empire State Realty Trust, Inc. (NYSE:ESRT) (“ESRT”), a leading real estate investment trust with office and retail properties in Manhattan and the greater New York metropolitan area, has leased over 40,000 square feet of office space in three of its Broadway Office Corridor properties, encompassing a total of 10 new tenants at 1350 and 1359 Broadway and at 501 Seventh Avenue.
The tenants will occupy a variety of spaces, including high-end pre-built suites with concrete floors, exposed ceiling and ductwork and stainless steel pantry finishes.
At 1350 Broadway, ESRT has welcomed:
- Bounce Media, 3,360 square feet; tenant broker: Ruth Colp-Haber of Wharton Property Group;
- MWH Americas, Inc., 3,428 square feet; tenant brokers: Giorgio Versea and Chris Sterling of DTZ;
- Mace North America, 4,933 square feet; tenant brokers: Louis Buffalino and Seamus Joyce of DTZ.
At 1359 Broadway, five transactions were signed:
- Asset Control System Inc., 4,865 square feet; tenant broker: Brad Lane of JLL;
- Brown and Caldwell, 3,407 square feet; tenant broker: Brooks Hauf of Cushman & Wakefield;
- Evite, LLC, 4,577 square feet; tenant broker: William Iacovelli of CBRE;
- Payless ShoeSource, Inc., 3,108 square feet; tenant brokers: Benjamin Bass and Harley Dalton of JLL;
- Miller Heiman, Inc., 2,249 square feet; tenant broker: Joe McLaughlin of Capstone Realty Advisors.
At 501 Seventh Avenue, two transactions were completed:
- P. Devos Designs, 7,628 square feet; tenant broker: Steven Pressler of Coldwell Banker;
- Ecosystem Energy Services USA, Inc., 2,982 square feet; tenant broker: Seth Hecht of Colliers International.

Other tenants in ESRT’s properties in the area include Captivate Network, Interpublic Group, PVH Corp., Ipreo, Kohl’s, LF USA, Bob Woodruff Foundation and OnDeck Capital, to name just a few.
