Big things are coming to Broadway.
Empire State Realty Trust recently unveiled plans for a new suite of amenities at 1333 Broadway and 1400 Broadway to be completed within the next year. The new amenities will be available to all tenants at the portfolio’s Broadway Campus, which includes the properties at 1333 Broadway, 1350 Broadway, 1359 Broadway, 1400 Broadway, 501 Seventh Avenue, 111 W. 33rd Street, and the Empire State Building.
1333 Broadway: New Heights
Enjoy your lunch al fresco. New amenity plans at 1333 Broadway include an outdoor rooftop deck and event space with stunning views of the iconic Empire State Building. The space will accommodate more than 150 people with private cabanas and a wet bar, perfect for entertaining prospective clients or a team-building happy hour. The new rooftop will be available for tenants in Spring 2025.
1400 Broadway: Meetings Made Easier
Just up the road at 1400 Broadway, ESRT opened a 170+ person all-hands space that connects to its popular tenant lounge. The new, reservable all-hands space features a wet bar, three large flatscreen TVs, and Sonos speaker and microphone systems, making it an ideal space for large group presentations.

ESRT’s amenity rich portfolio continues to improve with recently announced plans to expand the amenity offering at the Empire State Building. The building currently boasts a 15,000 square foot fitness center and eight in-building dining options, and is slated to open a basketball and pickleball court that converts to a large town hall space for 400 people, as well as a lounge and two golf simulators.
